Product Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Introduction

This Product Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organized by Ready Rig LLC ("the Organizer"). By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on April 16th, 2023, and ends on June 2nd, 2023, at 11:59 PM Pacific ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow the entry instructions as specified in the promotional materials or social media posts announcing the Giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random on June 3rd, 2023, at the Cinegear Expo. The Organizer's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner.

Prize

The winner will receive the product specified in the promotional materials ("the Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

The winner is responsible for paying all shipping fees, duties, and taxes associated with the delivery of the Prize. The Organizer will not be responsible for any costs or expenses related to the delivery or use of the Prize.

Notification and Claiming the Prize

The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the winner’s selection. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the notification or is unable to provide a valid mailing address, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner or forfeit the Prize.

Publicity

By participating in the Giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and any statements made in connection with the Giveaway for promotional purposes by the Organizer without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Liability

The Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway, the Prize, or any use of the Prize.

General

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Organizer's decision is final and binding.

Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, USA, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California USA.
